Extra-Curricular & Evening Programs

Extracurricular Expectations

Students and their parents MUST fill out a program registration form for all extracurricular activities. It includes a student contract and a parental and transportation consent form.
There will be program registration deadlines, all late registration forms will NOT be accepted.
Schedule of activities will be posted weekly in our newsletter, on our website, on our Facebook page, and at the school!
If program cancellations occur, they will be made by noon through a verbal school announcement and on our website in order for families to make alternate after-school arrangements. Phone calls will also be made to parents.

Evening Activities Expectations

All participants must sign in at the front entrance.
Individuals participating in evening programs agree to respect program leaders, other participants and school property as well as participate fairly.
Those not adhering to the rules may be asked to leave the school grounds and subsequent consequences may occur.
